Don't worry about security cameras, metal doors, or maintenance consoles. In FNAF 4 (Five Nights at Freddy's 4), the scary stuff comes right inside your house. This game takes away all you know about how to stay alive in Freddy Fazbear's, which is often considered to be the scariest chapter in the original series. FNAF 4 is the best game to play when you want to face your fears.
Entirely different from previous games, you're no longer a minimum-wage night watchman. Instead, you play as a defenseless young child trapped in your bedroom.
When the clock strikes midnight, your room is invaded by Nightmare Animatronics—horrifying, grotesque versions of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, with sharp teeth and glowing eyes. Armed only with a flashlight and your hearing, you must survive until 6 AM by constantly checking your bed, closet, and the two dark hallways outside your room.
FNAF 4 relies entirely on audio signals. If you don't wear a headset, you won't survive.

Familiar faces return, but they've never looked like this:
Five Nights at Freddy's 4 is a wonderful example of how to build suspense and use music. The game makes you face your darkest childhood fears by taking away the protection of the camera and putting you in the vulnerable position of a kid in the dark. Always be on the lookout, listen attentively, and don't leave the door open for too long.
Please turn off the lights, put on your headphones, and press play to see how long you can survive. Explore more by playing new versions such as FNAF 5: Sister Location, FNAF 6: Salvage Room, and many other fan-made versions compiled here.
