The majority of people have probably cheated on an exam at least once during their time in school, particularly when they had a tonne of material to commit to memory and needed to have a "lifeline" (cheat sheet) ready. In Cheat or Repeat, you'll relive that experience, but it's not at all simple; one misplaced glance might ruin everything.
Cheat or Repeat – Pressure in every second
Before the teacher notices that you are cheating, maintain your concentration, act fast, and make the correct decisions.
Cheat or Repeat: What Is It?
- Cheat or Repeat takes you back to the classroom at test time, which is a seemingly normal but very stressful environment. Since you haven't studied, cheating is the only option to pass the present exam. However, the teacher is closely monitoring everything you do, and even the smallest mistake will have instant consequences.
- You have ten minutes to answer ten multiple-choice questions. There are four exam days, with Ms.Dela, Professor Keys, and Mr.Redstone as the more stern teachers. The only way to unlock the following day is to finish the current one. As the stress and deadline increase, will you be able to finish them all?

Difficulties that make Cheat or Repeat difficult
Cheat or Repeat is a measure of your capacity to cope with ongoing psychological strain rather than merely a game about cheating in class. Every step needs to be carefully calculated because one mistake could result in instant discovery.
Instructors are constantly on patrol and keeping an eye on the classroom
- The instructors will constantly move around the classroom; they won't stay still. There is never a period of complete safety; therefore, you have to keep an eye on everything they do.
Persistent time constraints
- You don't have much time to reflect. Selecting responses, checking your phone, and finding answers must all happen rapidly. You can lose out on a chance or get caught red-handed if you wait just a few seconds.
Danger of being discovered as a cheater
- You run the risk of using your phone to look up answers every time. Your efforts will be abruptly stopped if the teacher turns around without warning.
Persistent psychological strain
- You constantly feel like you're "almost getting caught", which makes every choice feel more difficult than normal.
How to play Cheat or Repeat
You are sitting at a desk in the exam room with your answer sheet. Now is the time to complete the paper-based exam with the help of your phone.
Searching for information on your phone
- Press the spacebar to quickly type the letters that show up on your phone's screen into the search area. When the search bar is full, the correct answer will appear.
Completing the response form
- Using the number keys 1 through 4, which correspond to your phone's direction, choose your response. Make sure you select the right response! Ensure the answer you choose is correct. Although when you answer incorrectly, the game continues, but instead your score will be reduced.
Pay close attention to the teacher
- Right-click on your test paper and use your mouse to go around. As soon as the teacher approaches, quickly return your attention to the test paper, at least until they have moved away.
Strategies to facilitate
- Don't rush to cheat when the teacher is there; instead, pay attention to them.
- Take advantage of safe times by only taking out your phone when you are positive that no one will see you.
- Recognise the teacher's routines and use "safe windows" to your advantage.
- Simplify the process: observe the instructor, look at your phone, and respond.
Will you do well on the test or be caught right away?
One bad decision in Cheat or Repeat could lead to immediate failure, whether it's watching the teacher, timing your cheating, or answering questions quickly. The game is similar to Baldi's Basics in that you must continuously balance studying and running, solving problems while avoiding capture.
Additionally, Cheat or Repeat makes me think of video games where players have to constantly "read the situation" to survive. You'll identify the familiar pressure and ongoing fear of being discovered if you've ever felt like you're being watched in Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location.
